Ok, this process is an interesting challenge. And boy, do I love challenges!
When I started on this platform, my goal was to write about some of what I consider to be injustices in my life. There are lots of cases to write about, I don’t know what that says about me, I guess it depends on who you are and how well you know me. The cases at one point had enough content and interest to comprise a book for each case. I have 2 criminal cases, that probably would be better as one book, as the cases were run “concurrent” and I served that sentences concurrently. So, there is one book made up of cases criminal CEKAZCR1992001819 and CEKAZCR1994000592 in Arizona.
Another book would be about my family court case in Arizona; CEKAZFC2012070438. Ironically, that book is still developing content 13 years later. My first wife was and is an interesting individual.
The third book would be about my current wife and I’s struggles with the North Dakota Civil Courts in Burleigh County, North Dakota. That is case CGKND08-2024-CV-00544 in North Dakota. It too has a great deal of content that is still growing each day. This is despite the fact that there has been a judgement in the case, allegedly entered by Judge James Hill of the Burleigh County Southwest District Court. His chambers are in Linton, North Dakota according to the judge flow chart. A recent call to the Linton, ND courthouse revealed that he actually conducts his cases in Bismarck. North Dakota has some serious issues to say the least!
Spinning off of the foreclosure case are now some debt collection cases that have been filed against us due to the fact that our incomes were halted by the foreclosure. You can judge us if you want, you will not be the first and definitely not be that last the way things are going! So those cases are CGKSD06CIV25-000034 in South Dakota and CGKND08-2025-CV-01464 in North Dakota. The North Dakota case is a Foreign Judgement registered in North Dakota by the attorney in South Dakota who filed the initial case in South Dakota court. I know, it is a lot! But my hope is that I may return to school at 62 years old and obtain a Paralegal Certification and help people with various legal issues through our LLC; Connected C2C, LLC.
